Floating Seabed Expanded: plywood sculpture JOUBERT Poply

Congratulations to Danish artist Karen Land Hansen on her magnificent sculpture “ Floating Seabed Expanded “, made from JOUBERT Poply poplar plywood and pigments.

This sculpture was specially created in 2024 for the “Art in Social Space” and “Sensing The Sea” exhibitions at The Nordic Contemporary Art Center in Xiamen, China. The work is made of JOUBERT Plywood and pigments.

The paper work also featured in the photo is a creation by Gedske Ramløv entitled “More Black than the Darkness”.
